15-minute Initial Consultation

I offer a free discovery call, to help us establish how we work together, and to gauge whether my counselling service is suitable to address your circumstance. If not, I have a range of contacts and recommendations, so you will never be without the support you need.

Face-to-Face

As a counsellor in Berkshire and Buckinghamshire, and for clients in South Buckinghamshire, I am easily accessible via the A355  a short drive off the M40. In this way, you can have in-person counselling, in a quiet garden setting, to help you make a breakthrough in your outlook and wellbeing.

Online Counselling

If you are not nearby, or prefer not to travel, I also offer in-depth, person centred counselling via Zoom. As with face to face counselling, sessions last 50 minutes, and give you the space and time to explore emotions, feelings, experiences, and problems, and potentially work through them with me.

I offer counselling for many different life problems, from bereavement to job loss to dealing with abuse.
