Helping you heal from your loss

Grief is a natural response to loss, whether it's the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or a significant life change. I offer compassionate support as you navigate through the complex and often overwhelming emotions associated with loss, and provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your feelings, process your grief, and find ways to adjust.

For face-to-face therapy, all your counselling sessions can take place in my quiet and secluded garden room, offering a peaceful and undisturbed setting for you to explain your feelings, and receive the support and advice you need. If you opt for online counselling, your setting is up to you of course, although I recommend a quiet, secluded location indoors, where you can speak with confidence.
